That’s how I deliver a competitive advantage for my clients.” As a skilled forensic interviewer, Conrad develops a collaborative space for customer respondents to comfortably share their deep perspectives.

Holding a Bachelor of Science Degree from Northeastern University, Boston, MA, Conrad received numerous academic recognitions and several Honor Society memberships including Beta Gamma Sigma and Phi Kappa Phi.

Betty Omansky

Betty has over 25 years of administrative management experience that spans a spectrum of company size from IBM and Nestlé to boutique life-science consultancies. Betty has a unique ability to relate to a diverse range of people and personalities. Her daily operating philosophy is based on 3 key tenets: positivity, passion and practicality. Holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, Mercy College, NY, Dean’s List, and a member of the Alpha Chi – National Honor Society.

Mark Sackler, A.P.F.

Mark’s wide ranging healthcare career includes senior-level positions in marketing, market research, publishing, advertising and sales. His educational credits include an undergraduate degree from Emerson College, graduate work at Fairfield University and Purdue University, and graduate studies in Foresight (future studies) at the University of Houston.

He is a member of the World Future Society and the Association of Professional Futurists, and has served on the Connecticut State Legislature’s 21st Century Action Plan Commission. His background as a futurist brings the art of the long view to the Omansky Group.

Introducing Foresight

Mark’s penchant for thinking about the future began with his childhood fascination with the space program and science fiction. With the addition of over four decades of work experience and professional Foresight training from the University of Houston, he brings the ability to identify weak signals of non-linear change, and from that, construct forecasts and scenarios that can better prepare our clients for a fast-changing healthcare environment.
